Quality is assured through comprehensive metal bellows testing including cycle life, spring rate, helium mass specrometer to 1 x 10 ^-8 cc/second and pressure testing, dye penetrant, dimensional and microscopic visual inspection. Alloy Bellows is ISO 9001: 2000, ASME Section IX and European PUD certified.

Expertise in Thin Wall Metal Joining

Founded in 1935, Alloy Bellows specializes in TIG welding, soldering and brazing of open bellows to end fittings. Dissimilar metals and wall thicknesses from .004" to .750" are joined by ASME Section IX certified welders to closely held tolerances using fixtured lathes and semi-automated, programmable metal joining machines. Additionally, high purity bellows assemblies are joined in atmosphere controlled chambers.
