Founded in 1935,
Alloy Bellows manufactures custom engineered hydroformed metal bellows and edge welded metal bellows
and assemblies. Proprietary software is used for bellows design
and performance analysis. Sizes range from 3/8" to 4" diameter for hydroformed bellows and
1/2" to 24" diameter for edge
welded bellows.

Seam welded thin wall metal tubing provides uniform wall thickness, consistent material strength and low cost. Custom sizes in a variety of lengths (3" to 120"), diameters (1/2" to 4"), wall thickness (.005" to .024") and exotic metals are available to meet your unique application needs.
We specialize
in TIG welding, soldering and brazing of precision components in stainless steel and other
exotic materials. Dissimilar metals and wall thicknesses from .004" to .750" are joined by ASME Section IX certified
welders using fixtured lathes and semi-automated, programmable welding machines. Additionally, high purity precision parts are joined in atmosphere controlled chambers.
Founded in 1935, Alloy Bellows' 44,700 sq. ft. manufacturing facility is devoted to custom engineered hydroformed metal bellows, edge welded metal bellows, thin wall tubing products and precision metal joining services.
