Joining High Precision Workmanship with Technology.

A wide range of industries both large and small trust Alloy Bellows & Precision Welding for high-precision welding, soldering and brazing. Whatever your metal joining needs – from dissimilar metals or wall thicknesses to ultra thin, corrosion resistant or exotic metals – our in-house engineers and welders have the expertise to create the right solution.

We specialize in TIG welding, soldering and brazing of precision components in carbon steels, stainless steels and other exotic materials.  Dissimilar metals and wall thicknesses from .004” to .750” are joined by ASME Section IX certified welders using fixtured lathes and semiautomated, programmable welding machines.  Additionally, high purity precision parts are joined in atmosphere controlled chambers.  Tolerances are as tight as +/- .003” in length, 1/2° angularity, and welded seams as thin as .020”.  Free-hand TIG welding, soldering and brazing is also done with the use of custom tooling and equipment.
