In 1935, our company was founded by improving upon a metal bellows assembly being used in the aircraft industry.  Since then, our capabilities have evolved to include custom engineering and manufacturing of a wide range of hydroformed, mechanically-formed, and laser edge-welded metallic bellows and bellows assemblies for a wide range of industries.

Additionally, we are a primary source to OEMs for precision metal joining (GTA welding, soldering and brazing) of valves, fittings and other components made of carbon steels, stainless steels and other exotic materials.

Most recently, we have expanded our capabilities to include nondestructive testing services as part of our suite of offerings.  This complementary service line includes x-ray (radiographic) testing as well as fluorescent penetrant inspection, providing value-added services with lower costs and better delivery times than the market averages.

Our state-of-the-art facility features the latest in manufacturing technologies.  By controlling all of our processes internally, Alloy Bellows is able to offer our customers the best efficiencies, output and flexibility possible.  Our commitment to continuous improvement led to the implementation of lean manufacturing principles in our production process resulting in additional means of meeting customers’ increasing demands.
