1935: Alloy Bellows is founded by William Eden in Cleveland, Ohio
1950s: Company is sold to John Kanuch and Robert Danielson
1992: The Young family, including current Chairman Stanley Young, purchases Alloy Bellows from Kanuch and Danielson.
1997: Alloy Bellows is relocated to a state-of-the-art 44,700 square foot facility on the eastside of Cleveland.
1998: Alloy Bellows acquires Flexible Metal Technologies, a bellows manufacturer, and moves the operation to its Cleveland facility.
2006: Stanley Young moves into the role of Chairman, and Michael Canty becomes a partner in Alloy and takes the reins as President & CEO.
2006: Alloy Bellows acquires LaserTech, a high technology edgewelded bellows company and moves it to Cleveland, Ohio.
2007: In response to market demands, Alloy Bellows makes capital expenditures on state-of-the-art new hydroforming machines, a mechanical former, fluorescent penetrant inspection line and x-ray (radiographic) testing equipment. |
